PAMELA DOYLE
Pamela Doyle is the Director of Imaging Products Group Spokesperson for Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. She is responsible for forming and driving key imaging industry relationships as the worldwide spokesperson for Fujitsu. In her capacity as Fujitsu’s industry luminary, she frequently shares her imaging experience at numerous events, including global conferences such as AIIM, JIMA, and ARMA. In dedicating a major portion of her career to the enterprise content management (ECM) industry, Doyle has distinguished herself with a forthright style, a compelling market vision and a solid technical background.
LES HARRIS
Les Harris is a systems engineer with ImageSource and has a strong background in ECM related technologies, including Kofax Capture, Oracle Document Capture, Oracle IPM and the entire ILINX Product Suite. Les holds several ECM certifications, including Oracle Forms Recognition. He recently put his expertise to work while performing the first production installation of Oracle IPM 11g for an ImageSource Customer Partner. Additionally, Les has been a key contributor to a recently published Oracle whitepaper written by ImageSource concerning "Enterprise Content Management 11g
DR. JAMES T. BROWN
James T. Brown Ph.D., president of SEBA® Solutions Inc., a Registered Education Provider for the Project Management Institute, has provided training and consulting services for dozens of companies nationally and internationally. He has 16 years of NASA experience that includes “hands on” experience as a team member, project manager and service in executive level organizational leadership roles. He provides consulting services in project management and has served as a subject matter expert for a leading project software vendor. James is the author of The Handbook of Program Management, and has also been published in PM Network, PE Magazine, PMI Community Post,
Projects@Work, and PM World Today. He also provides project management training. Dr. Brown has a patent for a project scheduling methodology and has received numerous awards. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, the National Speakers Association and the National Association of Corporate Directors. James has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, an MS in Engineering Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).
TRACY LIM
Tracy Lim, Communications Manager, ImageSource- Tracy is a member of ImageSource’s marketing team as the Communications Manager. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and received her Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies in the School of Humanities. Some of her previous work experience includes NBC Dateline, Access Hollywood, KTLA5 Morning News and MTV. Tracy holds several technical ECM certifications with Oracle and is IBM Sales Certified.
IAN STORY
Ian is a long time expert in the enterprise content management arena, with both hands on and management experience in the industry dating back to 1998. He has worked in large Fortune 500 companies as well as with smaller companies on a vast number of ECM initiatives. He has presented at numerous conferences and is the former President of the Pacific Northwest IBM ECM UserNet group, as well as a former Americas board member for the worldwide IBM UserNet, a former member of IBM’s ECM technical advisory council, and an IBM Information Champion for ECM. Based in Seattle, Ian has previously led teams for Weyerhaeuser (Manager), Washington Mutual (Vice President), and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Vice President); he has broad experience in high volume imaging and content management, business process management, records management, engineering, architecture, and large system integration between ECM platforms and systems such as SharePoint and SAP. Ian is also a cofounder of Bucket2, a privately held software research and development firm based in Seattle. He holds bachelors degrees in both computer science and business from Pacific Lutheran University. Today, Ian is a Senior Product Manager for IBM, the largest ECM company in the world, in this same domain.
RANDY HAINES
With more than 18 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management, Randy has gained an impassioned interest for the challenges that are faced by line of business executives and workers as well as information technology workers. Randy Haines is the Worldwide Sales Leader for Social Content Management. He has a great drive for new technologies and leading edge initiatives that should be leveraged throughout the enterprise.
AL SENZAMICI
A Program Manager at ImageSource, Al has more than 25 years of experience managing Customer Support, Information Technology, Training and Project Management organizations. He has been a Director of Customer Support at Digital Equipment Corporation and VP of Technical Support, Information Technology and Educational Services at Optika/Stellent. His areas of expertise include: Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Engineering, and Management and Information Systems. Al has managed several programs and projects for several Fortune 500 and privately held companies throughout the United States and internationally. He has also worked with City, State and local governments. His clients have included MCI/WorldCom, NASDAQ, Bankers Trust, Citibank, Pierce County Assessor, City of Kennewick, King County Assessor, City of Seattle DPD and Focus on the Family. Al has been trained and holds product certifications on Oracle IPM/UCM; Kofax Capture; and Cardiff Liquid Office. He is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP). Al holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Information Systems.
MARK STALEY
Mark Staley is currently a Support Engineer at ImageSource. He is a graduate of Devry University and worked in network administration and information technology for six years before entering the ECM industry. He holds several certifications in Oracle, IBM and Microsoft including SharePoint.
RYAN KELLER
Ryan has been with ImageSource for more than nine years and has been in the industry for more than 13. Ryan is an exceptionally analytical Project Manager and Enterprise Solution Architect with a consistently excellent record of being a team leader in projects that implement effective solutions using content, workflow and capture management systems. Ryan has also provided major portions of the design and technical development in projects involving electronic forms design & management and system integration solutions for customers. Ryan’s collaboration as a Project Manager with other members of his project team adds to the success of the project. Ryan excels at analyzing situations where creativity is important in managing, designing and developing the optimum solution. His work with capture, eForms, and content management disciplines has allowed ImageSource to exceed customer expectations. Ryan has had multiple projects where customers have received the ImageSource Awards (Customer of the Year and Largest Return on Investment).
ANDREW J. SAN AGUSTIN
Andrew J. San Agustin is the Records and Conflicts Manager with Foster Pepper PLLC where he manages the Records Governance and Conflicts Management programs. In his career, Andrew has assessed and implemented RIM solutions into various business environments, including lending institutions, real estate firms, governments, accounting firms, and his specialty – law firms. In his technical role as a project manager, Andrew executes complicated email management controls, and streamlines efficient digital data management for electronic media as part of eDiscovery awareness and preservation. As a subject matter expert, Andrew presents programs on Records Management issues in local and national venues, including ARMA (he’s President of the Greater Seattle Chapter), WSBA, and ALA, as well as hosting webinar series, and authoring related articles. Andrew is an Advisory Board Member and Instructor for the University of Washington – Electronic Discovery Management Certificate Program, and spearheads the Legal Industry Specific Group for the Greater Seattle Area.
ANDY WATEROUS
Andy Waterous is the Assistant Vice President of Content and Workflow Services Infrastructure at US Bank. CWS Infrastructure administers most of the ECM systems for the bank. He is responsible for supporting ILinx Capture, OpenText RightFax, IBM FileNet and IBM Lombardi. He also drives many changes in these shared systems that affect multiple application groups and require the engagement of multiple infrastructure teams. He has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems Management and is working on a Master of Science in Software Engineering. He is the President of the IBM ECM Great Plains Region Users Group and an IBM ECM Information Champion.
JOHN SMETANA
John has been with ImageSource since October of 2010 as the Vice President of ILINX ECM Sales. For the past 10 years, he has been focused in the industry sector of enterprise content management (ECM). Prior to joining ImageSource, John held ECM sales positions at Oracle, and he was the Director of Channel Sales for Captovation. John has the ability to ascertain business problems and opportunities, optimize the customer solution and most importantly, effectively convey value proposition in order effect positive change and real business value to ImageSource’s customer partners. He is a results driven leader with a strong record of sales accomplishments. He brings to ImageSource a personality that is focused, serious, professional and creative. CASS HOLLOWAY
Cass Holloway graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Industrial Technology in 1987 and has been working in the hi-tech industry ever since. He has deep expertise in enterprise software sales both consulting and selling ECM solutions that cover the complete spectrum of ECM technologies and business applications. For the last 12 years he has worked for such diverse ECM centric organizations as FileNet, IBM and Kofax where he successfully developed a methodology that promises ECM implementation success.
PETER LANG
Peter Lang decided to shift his career from an IT manager for a quasi-state agency to a career focused on enabling organizations to work smarter and greener through Enterprise Content Management. His first scanning system sale was in 1998 for a major class action notice and claims administrator – and derivatives of forms he created then are still mailed to millions today. His first eform system sale was in 2002, and he joined a National Bank as a Cardiff subject matter expert. Their largest system recognized over 1300 form types with a two year savings projection of 17 million dollars. Peter enjoys working with ImageSource clients to help save time, save trees, and reduce processing costs.
ED FIGUEROA
Ed Figueroa is a Senior ILINX® Account Executive with ImageSource and has maintained a career in the document capture space, working in various roles for more than 10 years. He has worked for major software manufacturers like ReadSoft and Kofax. He has been successful in leveraging his background as an Operations Analyst for a Fortune 500 company, where his primary responsibilities included identifying areas for cost containment and to evaluate process efficiencies within the business. Ed brings intelligent, relevant insight to the multiple facets of organizations as a result. He has provided his capture expertise to Financial Services Departments, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, as well as others. Ed’s diversified knowledge has allowed for a unique vantage point in understanding the foundation of corporate processes and how capture technologies can be integrated to function within varied environments to improve productivity and streamline operations.
JON SUTHERLAND
Jon has been a full-time employee with ImageSource continuously for more than 12 years. Jon is a Systems Engineer with a consistently excellent record of being a team leader in projects that implement effective solutions using document, workflow, and capture management systems. His projects have been in a range from average to fairly comprehensive in scope, system size (users) and the utilization of the entire array of EDMS functionality. Jon has also provided major portions of the design and technical development in projects involving data migrations and system integration solutions for customers. Jon’s collaboration with his Project Manager and other members of his project team adds to the success of the project. NICK CARUSO
Nick Caruso is a VP of Sales at Notable Solutions Incorporation (NSi). NSi, the developer of AutoStore, is a leading solutions provider in the emerging market of leveraging Multi-Function Devices (MFD) to support distributed capture into enterprise content management (ECM) systems. Nick has been in the imaging and document capture industry for over ten years, previously specializing in high volume batch capture and Advanced separation and classification technologies, supporting the deployment of some of the largest 100 million page scanning projects in the US. He transitioned to the MFD market recognizing the potential in this industry to better support process and document automation.
GENE ECKHART
Gene Eckhart is a program manager at ImageSource who specializes in strategic planning, program development, implementation, process improvement and operational management. Working with a broad range of clients and programs, he works with organizations to assist in the realization of their strategic and tactical objectives. With more than 20 years of corporate experience working in small, medium and large businesses, in public and private sectors, Gene’s diverse background and work history includes extensive experience in consulting and analysis, operations, the development of teams, teaching and mentoring. He has extensive experience working on the ground in developing countries, and is comfortable working in the bush or in an executive boardroom. Mr. Eckhart is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a published author with Johns Hopkins University Press.

Jeff Shuey is a veteran in the Enterprise Content Management industry. Over the past 20 years he has worked with customers and partners to design, develop and deploy solutions around the world. Jeff is currently the Director of Business Development for the Kodak Document Imaging division. He has worked for Microsoft, FileNet, K2, Captaris, Open Text, and Kofax. He speaks and blogs about ECM, SaaS, and Cloud Computing and how companies are putting these tools to work in their businesses.
NANCY RICHARDS
Nancy Richards offers more than 10 years of experience in successful organizational change management, and training within the private and public sector. An effective consultant and seminar facilitator, Nancy has designed and developed numerous educational presentations. Leigh has worked with an extensive list of clients and supported hundreds of ECM installations worldwide. Her primary concentration includes Enterprise Records Management and Information Management Programs for ECM technologies.

JEN HILT
Jen Hilt, Project Coordinator, ImageSource- As a Project Coordinator at ImageSource, Jen Hilt focuses on design, development, integration, and implementation for ECM solutions across several industries. She is Microsoft certified as well as holds certifications in ILINX, Cardiff, and IBM. Although Jen has only been in the ECM industry for a short time, she has been involved in information technology and project management since 1998. After graduating from DeVry University she has since worked as Systems Analyst, Integration Manager, Applications Specialist, and Support Engineer.
JEFF DOYLE
Jeff has been working in the ECM industry as a Systems Engineer for 18 years, the last ten working for ImageSource. As a senior level systems and solution architect, Jeff is the technical lead on many of our more complex projects. His extensive experience in business process analysis, workflow design\implementation and integration with Line of Business applications brings depth and substance to his solution designs. Jeff has worked in every imaginable sector of the industry, both public and private. He is also a principle architect and advisor for the ImageSource ILINX Product Group providing valuable counsel and design input to the ILINX product suite.
