Jon Amundson
Jon Amundson is currently the Assistant City Manager and Interim Information Technology Manager for the City of Richland, Washington. Prior to working for the City of Richland, he held many positions with the City of Allen, Texas from Intern to Assistant to the City Manager. Jon has also worked in public service in the Kansas City metropolitan area and the Utah State House of Representatives. Jon received a Bachelor’s of Arts in American Studies and an MPA from the University of Kansas. Jon is married to Sarah Amundson and together they have two, soon to be three, children.

Dennis Brooke
Dennis is the Manager of Systems Development for Naverus, the leading provider worldwide of fuel and time saving flight procedures for airlines. As a program manager at ImageSource and Optika, he was responsible for successful projects at Pepperdine University, Nintendo, Ceridian, the RAND Corporation, and ING Bank Australia. He has taught on project management in Colorado Springs, Brazil, and the Pacific Northwest. As early as 1999, Dennis was using web based collaborative tools for software development projects. At Naverus, his team works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver mission critical applications. Enterprise Web 2.0 applications are used extensively throughout his organization.

Terry Butler
As ImageSource’s Chief Solutions Officer, Mr. Butler’s primarily responsibility is for Solution Sales where he works with ImageSource Account Executives to drive business development.
Mr. Butler started his document imaging career in 1986, where he joined Bell and Howell as Regional Manager of the Micrographics Division. In 1989, he moved to Financial Systems Products Corporation to develop PC based imaging in the Pacific Northwest. In 1998, Financial Systems was purchased and Mr. Butler cofounded Axiom Systems, LLC with Shadrach White. In 2001, Axiom Systems merged with ImageSource.
Over a ten to twelve year span, Mr. Butler has either designed or headed a team responsible for designing significant projects for multiple industries. He prides himself on the dedication he and his staff has on completing projects on time and on budget. ImageSource Project Teams, under the direction of Mr. Butler, have implemented solution for accounts in both the private and public sector. His teams are dedicated to installing content management systems that are unparalleled in the industry.

Kevin Carmody
Kevin has been with the RAND Corporation for ten years, developing and managing software products to support the entire gamut of financial requirements within the company, and has been developing software for corporate business systems for more than 30 years.  When RAND decided to implement a system for storing the documentation pertaining to all of their proposals, contracts, and grants, Kevin worked with the team that evaluated software vendors, eventually selecting Stellent IBPM as the best fit and ImageSource as the best service provider.  Since that successful implementation, Kevin has headed the expansion of IBPM to include storage of personnel files for Human Resources, and has used the Business Process Management component to develop several web-based applications now in use company-wide.

Kevin Connor
Kevin Connor is a Senior Systems Engineer for VMware.  He is responsible for working with VMware’s largest and most strategic accounts in the Pacific Northwest – as they adopt new technologies around server and desktop virtualization.
With nearly 20 years in the computer industry Kevin brings a diverse background to VMware clients. As a former product manager, he brought several management solutions to market – including desktop management, software delivery, systems and security management solutions. 
In 2006, Kevin took a break from IT Infrastructure to help evangelize technologies for electronic signature and document management, specifically for formal execution of legal documents, e-mortgage, and even the emerging concepts around electronic notary.
Kevin has traveled the globe as an industry speaker on systems and security management.  He has a unique perspective, based on years of hands-on experience – working with customers of all sizes to design cost-effective architectures.


Thad Dickson
Mr. Dickson is Vice President of Xpio, an information worker solution focused Software Company and Microsoft Certified Partner providing a variety of implementation, project management, software development and SharePoint solutions to public and private organizations around the nation. Mr. Dickson works actively in the organization as a project manager and business analyst supporting enterprise software deployments for a spectrum of clients in government, healthcare, and private industry. Thad has worked with organizations like the City of Bellevue, King County Library System, Intercity Transit, Highline Community College, New York City Transit, Oregon DOT, Oregon Bridge Delivery Project, HDR, Landau and Associates, Valley Cities Counseling, Behavioral Health Resources, and participates on the State of Washington Health Care Authority project board related to establishing Regional Exchange Centers in Washington State. Thad is a PMI Certified PMP, a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) and a graduate of the Evergreen State College.

Pamela Doyle
Pamela Doyle is the Director of Imaging Products Group Spokesperson for Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. She is responsible for forming and driving key imaging industry relationships as the worldwide spokesperson for Fujitsu.  In her capacity as Fujitsu’s industry luminary, she frequently shares her imaging experience at numerous events, including global conferences such as AIIM, JIIMA, and ARMA.  In dedicating a major portion of her career to the enterprise content management (ECM) industry, Doyle has distinguished herself with a forthright style, a compelling market vision and a solid technical background.

George Dunn
Mr. George  Dunn, Founder and President Of CRE8, is a worldwide recognized consultant, speaker, instructor, contributing editor, and author on Business Process Innovation / Workflow Re-engineering, Paperless technology planning  (e.g. Image, Electronic Document Management, EDI, E-Commerce, Electronic Signatures, ICR/OCR, Electronic Forms, Workflow, and COLD);  and Legacy System Replacement.  Mr. Dunn has experience helping organizations with Paperless Technology Planning, Training, Standards (De jure, De facto, and Best Practices), Enterprise And Departmental Strategic Plans, Cost/Benefit Analysis And Ranking (Enterprise, Department, and Application Level), Application, Workflow And Architecture Design Requirements, Create And Review Vendor Request for Information (RFI) and Request For Proposals (RFP) Response Documents, Assist In Evaluation Of Vendor/Integrator Options, And Implementation Quality Assurance.

Kathy Fish
Kathleen Fish is a Senior Account Executive with ImageSource, Inc.    Kathy has over 25 years’ experience in the ECM industry, beginning with sales of microfilm-based technology.  She has seen ECM technology evolve from a very young, very proprietary industry to the sometimes all encompassing technology that It is today. She has helped with small organizations as well as fortune 500 companies and large governmental agencies realize the benefits of ECM technology. Kathy is a Past President and board member of both the Northwest Chapter of AIIM and the Puget Sound Chapter of ARMA.

John Isaza
John Isaza, Esq. is a California-based attorney and partner of Howett Isaza Law Group, LLP, an international records and information management (RIM) consulting practice and law firm.  Mr. Isaza is widely recognized as one of the country’s foremost experts on electronic discovery, the revised Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and other RIM issues. Mr. Isaza has developed records retention programs for some of the most highly regulated Fortune 100 companies. Prior to forming a RIM practice, Mr. Isaza served as in-house General Counsel to a publicly traded medical device manufacturer.  Mr. Isaza also has over a decade of experience as a trial lawyer specializing in business, environmental contamination, products liability and construction defects.  During that time he served as Arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court System.  Mr. Isaza attended Boston College Law School, where he served as Editor of the International Law Review.  At present, he is an active speaker in the ARMA, AIIM, ABA and IT compliance circuits. Mr. Isaza chaired the Chicago Program Committee for ARMA’s 2005 international conference; he is a member of ARMA’s Electronic Discovery Advisory Group; he is a past President of the Greater Los Angeles ARMA Chapter; and, he is serving on the Board of Directors of ARMA International. Mr. Isaza recently co-authored a book entitled “7 Steps for Legal Holds of ESI & Other Documents” published by ARMA. Mr. Isaza is the 2008 recipient of ARMA’s prestigious Britt Literary Award.

Ryan Keller
Ryan has been with ImageSource for over seven years and has been in the industry for more than ten. Ryan is an exceptionally analytical Project Manager with a consistently excellent record of being a team leader in projects that implement effective solutions using content, workflow and capture management systems. Ryan has also provided major portions of the design and technical development in projects involving electronic forms design & management and systems integration solutions for customers. Ryan’s collaboration as a Project Manager with other members of his project team adds to the success of the project. Ryan excels at analyzing situations where creativity is important in managing, designing and developing the optimum solution. His work with eForms and document management disciplines has allowed ImageSource to exceed customer expectations. With one of his eForms projects, the customer received the ImageSource Customer of the Year Award.

Steve Kissinger
Steve has been involved with ECM for the past 15 years working locally with Airborne Express and later DHL Worldwide.  Steve was responsible for the implementation of the first imaging project at Airborne – which initially was limited to an A/P imaging solution integrated with Oracle Financials.  The implementation was successful with a payback of less than 1 year and resulted in significant reductions in AP staffing, overpayments, and late payment fees.  Over the past years Steve has worked within Airborne and DHL expanding the role of the ECM solution to other departments and business solutions.  When DHL purchased Airborne Express, Steve worked with ImageSource on the conversion from Oracle Financials to SAP.  In the past five years Steve assumed responsibility for business process optimization for DHL’s North, Central and South American financial operations and assisted in the expansion of the ECM solution to various financial solutions in operations throughout the Americas. Matthew Lonergan is a Solutions Sales Professional on Microsoft's State and Local Government team.  Working primarily with line-of-business and infrastructure-focused IT professionals, Matthew insures that the enterprise is ready with documentation and best-practice information related to deployment and use of Microsoft technologies including Office and SharePoint.

Matthew Lonergan
Matthew has a rich IT background that includes introducing comprehensive Web technologies to Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, and six years of collaboration and core IT management with Reuters.  Along with deploying Groove to 350 users throughout Reuters many domestic and foreign offices, he also deployed SharePoint and rights management infrastructure to Reuters data centers world-wide.  This allows Matthew a unique perspective on how collaboration works “in the field” both internally to an organization, and working with partners, vendors and contractors.

Sophia Marchi is the director of sales for the Americas for BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Scanners. She oversees sales in the U.S. and Canada and heads all sales activities in Latin America and the Caribbean. She also manages BBH’s strategic partnership with FedEx.
Marchi oversees BÖWE BELL + HOWELL’s Big Picture Partner Program. For nearly 17 years, she has been an integral part of the BÖWE BELL + HOWELL organization. Sales territories have experienced growth year-after-year under her leadership.

Pete McBride
Peter McBride, a founder of Karora, is CEO with almost 40 years of experience in all aspects of the software industry, including computer operations, programming, project management, and consulting.  Mr. McBride was a founder and Chief Technology Officer for Lava Systems Inc., a leading provider of Enterprise Document Management Systems, and was instrumental in Lava’s IPO in 1996 on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. McBride was also founder and President of LANSA USA Inc., a distributor of IBM AS400 development tools, and had many years of experience with Andersen Consulting and a number of other software development companies.

Shon D. Mueller
Shon has worked in the Enterprise Content Management space for the last 10+ years. For the last decade Shon has been incremental in recommending and implementing Enterprise Content Management Solutions for a variety of Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and overseas. His clients have included: Walt Disney, Boeing, Edison International, Sony, Paramount Pictures, Ingram Micro, Farmers Insurance and American Honda. Shon holds many industry certifications and BA in Business from Illinois State University.

Scott Os

Scott Os has nearly 30 years of experience in enterprise content management as a vendor, integrator, and consultant. He currently leads the Imaging and Workflow practice for SunTrust Banks including technology strategy and enterprise architecture. In previous years at SunTrust, he helped establish the ECM Center of Excellence within the delivery organization as well as functioning as the Program Director.

Scott is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional as well as a Microsoft-certified Professional, AIIM-certified BPM and ERM Master, Pega Systems PRPC Business Architect, and a Certified Document Imaging Architect. He currently holds a United States Department of Defense Top Secret clearance.

Scott's academic post-graduate work includes international business administration and advanced engineering at the University of Illinois and the University of California, Santa Cruz. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University, where he specialized in computer engineering and communications systems.

Kristina Parma
Kristina has worked for ImageSource for the last year and a half in Communications and Marketing, where she has contributed to case studies, press releases, web content, and other means of communication. Kristina is a recent graduate of Arizona State University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. She also holds certifications in Kofax and Oracle software products.

Loren Phillips
Account Executive, Software & Solutions Sales – Americas for Kofax, Inc.  Mr. Phillips has 16 years of experience in the Enterprise Content Management industry with the last 5 years focused exclusively on Document & Data Capture at Kofax, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Phillips was responsible for providing one of the world's largest security services firms with an enterprise-wide capture solution which automates paper-based business processes. As Account Executive for the Rocky Mountain Region, he works with government, commercial, healthcare and other customers in bringing Kofax Capture technology solutions to the market. He has shared his wealth of experience and information at numerous industry events throughout the Western region. Michelle Semple
Michelle Semple has been in the ECM business for over 10 years.  She has worked with the largest Financial Services, Health Care and Manufacturing organizations.  Michelle came to ImageSource as the Capture Practice Lead.  She has worked with manufacturers like IBM, FileNET, Captiva/EMC, and Kofax.

Atle Skjekkeland
Atle Skjekkeland joined AIIM as Managing Director of AIIM's European operations in June 2004, and was promoted to Vice President January 2006. Atle is globally responsible for AIIM’s research and education offerings, and he is the architect and driving force behind AIIMs Certificate programs with 10,000+ course attendees over the last 3 years.
Atle has delivered workshops and training courses across the world for both SMBs and Global 2000 companies, and is a recognized industry expert in ECM, Findability, and Enterprise 2.0. He often presents at AIIM and AIIM partner events, Gartner summits, and industry events across the world.

Al Senzamici
A Program Manager at ImageSource, Al has more than 25 years of experience managing Customer Support, Information Technology, Training and Project Management organizations. He has been a Director of Customer Support at Digital Equipment Corporation and VP of Technical Support, Information Technology and Educational Services at Optika/Stellent. His areas of expertise include Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Engineering, and Management and Information Systems. Al has managed several programs and projects for several Fortune 500 and privately held companies throughout the United States and internationally. He has also worked with City, State and local governments. His clients have included MCI/WorldCom, NASDAQ, Bankers Trust, Citibank, Pierce County Assessor, City of Kennewick, King County Assessor, City of Seattle DPD and Focus on the Family. Michael Templeman
Mike Templeman, CEO of CloudPak, Inc. has been involved with successful, cutting-edge technology firms for more than 25 years as a programmer, software architect, researcher, manager, executive, investor and board member. The first company Mike co-founded was Aldus Corporation, the developers of PageMaker and inventors of Desktop Publishing. Mike was one of the original architects of PageMaker 1.0, was the project manager for PageMarker 2.0 Mac, and was responsible for the development of Aldus PrePrint and TWAIN. In 1993 Mike founded MetaBridge, a web consulting and development company and served as its CEO until 1997. In 1997, Mike co-founded NetPodium, a venture-backed provider of web-based distance-learning software and services, serving as CTO and VP of development until the company was sold in 1999. From 2000 to 2007 Mike was a managing director at Guide Ventures, a seed and early stage venture fund based in Seattle. Mike holds a patent for constraint-based layouts and has a Masters in Software Engineering from Seattle University.

Buzz Walker

VP of Product Management and Marketing for ProStor Systems, Buzz Walker has more than 25 years of experience in systems, software and technology ventures. Prior to ProStor Systems, he was the vice president of marketing and business development for Arkivio, Inc., a file system archiving solution provider, leading all marketing, product management, Marcom, branding, strategy and alliance activities. Before that, he spent 19 years at Hewlett-Packard where he focused on sales, marketing and strategies in Storage, OpenView software and Office Automation businesses.



Randy Weakly
Randy Weakly has been involved with the IPM product since 1995 (Optika – Stellent – Oracle) and has served as the Vice President of Development since 2001. Randy has spent the last 20 years working almost exclusively in research and system architect positions. His experience includes a variety of technologies and industries from Space Shuttle Guidance Navigation and Control analysis at NASA Johnson Space Center to GIS and satellite imagery at GTE, as well as video conferencing system design at MCI. Mr. Weakly holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Shadrach White
Shadrach White is one of four principal owners and the Chief Technology Officer of ImageSource. He has more than 17 years of experience as an executive and information technology professional, and is focused on delivering leading Enterprise Content Management solutions and products to organizations, worldwide. As the Director for ImageSource’s Professional Services and Technology Group, Mr. White manages project, in-house R&D for software development and longer-term research efforts for emerging ECM products and technologies. Supporting more than 500 Customer Partners, he brings technical expertise and innovation to company projects. He specializes in software design, analyzing business process for improvement, project direction, solution sales, negotiation and staff management. Mr. White is proficient in Application Design, Integrated Document Archive and Retrieval Systems (IDARS), and Workflow Systems Design. He is a Certified Electronics Specialist (1992) and Certified Netware Engineer (1993). He holds certifications in a broad variety of Enterprise Content Management Software, including Oracle, Optika, Stellent, Legato Xtender Solutions, Kofax Ascent and MS SQL Server. Currently the Program Chairperson for the AIIM Northwest Chapter, Mr. White is an active member of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM). He is also actively involved in the Project Management Institute (PMI). Previously, Mr. White was the co-founder of Axiom Systems where he specialized in Imaging and Document Management sales and implementation, before the company merged with ImageSource in 2001.
